Six products, one maritime stack

Recruitment, onboarding, accounting, reporting, scheduling and containers share one employee, vessel and voyage record. A cleared candidate does not start again as a blank joining pack. A frozen contract drives the payroll. The rotation board and the container record describe the same voyage.

How the record moves

The handoffs are where most maritime software leaks. These are the ones the stack closes.

  • Recruitment to onboarding

An approved candidate carries their file forward. Certificates, contract terms and owner decisions are already attached, so the joining pack is not a fresh data entry pass.

  • Onboarding to accounting

Wage articles are contract logic frozen at onboarding. Payroll runs against what was actually signed rather than a parallel earnings table.

  • Vessel to shore

Reports, wage inputs and container movements queue on the ship network with a visible state and replay in order when the link returns.

  • Scheduling to containers

The rotation board and the box chain describe one voyage, so a berth change and a stowage consequence are not discovered separately.
