Seafarerops

Crew and vessel operations, shore and sea

Software that keeps working when the link does not.

Seafarerops runs crew recruitment, onboarding, wages, reporting, scheduling and containers for owners, managers and manning offices. Built so the record on board and the record on shore are the same thing, even when they have not spoken since yesterday.

In production today at a listed agribusiness reefer fleet, a DG Shipping licensed manning agency in Navi Mumbai, and a Manila manning principal serving multiple owners.

Shore sees confirmed data. Queued stays queued until the link returns. Nothing is dressed up as live.

Most maritime tools assume the vessel is a branch office with a worse connection

It is not. A noon report that only exists when VSAT is up is not a report. A wage sheet the Master raised at sea is not a draft. Seafarerops is written for store-and-forward from the first line of the schema, not wrapped around a cloud app afterwards.

Work happens on the ship network

Officers complete voyage, noon, incident and checklist reports whether or not the satellite is up. Connectivity is a sync event, not a filing event.

The queue is visible, and it drains in order

Packs sit in a local queue with a pending or synced state. When VSAT, harbour 4G or a USB drop returns, the queue replays in sequence without overwriting shore edits.

Shore is told the truth

Superintendents see the last confirmed timestamp per vessel rather than a green light that means nothing. Follow-up targets the ships that are actually stale.

Already in the water

Three operators run Seafarerops in production today. Their legal names are withheld at their request; the operating profiles are factual and the studies are written from live deployments.

  • Listed agribusiness with its own reefer fleet

Crew onboarding, documents management, crew accounting, reporting, ship scheduling and container management. Six of six modules.

  • DG Shipping licensed manning agency, Navi Mumbai

Crew recruitment and crew onboarding. Established 2002, officers and ratings for reefer container ships.

  • Manila manning principal, multi-owner fleet

Crew onboarding and crew accounting. Founded 1980, serving multiple owners across more than a hundred vessels.

Why operators choose a maritime-only house

Seafarerops does not sell a horizontal platform dressed for shipping. The company works only in the maritime domain.

  • Guided by people who work the trade

Industry leaders sit as strategic partners of Seafarerops. The products exist because those partners named the failures they still see on the desk and on the bridge, incomplete joining packs, wages that will not reconcile, reports that vanish when VSAT drops, and stayed in the room while the software was built.

  • AI for the work that should not need a clerk

The suite is designed with AI automation in place so repetitive work runs with minimal intervention: chasing an expired medical, assembling a routine pack, surfacing the same exception every Thursday. Operators can speak to the system in natural language instead of hunting a menu for a form they use twice a voyage. It never replaces the Master's or the manning desk's decision, and the core record never requires a live satellite link.

  • A base product, then your shape

A working base ships in each line. From there the stack is customised to your flag mix, CBA, document set and shore-to-ship workflow. Cost follows the features you take rather than a bundle you will not open.

  • A practical contribution, not a category play

Fewer failed joinings. Wages that match the contract. A noon report that exists whether or not the satellite is up. Software written for the maritime week rather than adapted to it.

What you leave with

  • A map of where crew, wage and report data currently breaks
  • Which module earns its place first, and why
  • A staged roadmap with a proof of concept scoped to one area
  • An indicative cost envelope before you commit anything
